With the calamity unfolding in Palestine, Allah bring about swift victory and peace, Ameen!, there has been a renewed discussion about how the Muslim Ummah can overcome our current state of weakness and fitnah. One idea that keeps perpetuating is the idea of reestablishment of the Khilafah, and despite how you feel about this touchy topic and the groups that advocate this path, we think it’s very important to understand the basics about this of Khilafah entails and its importance in Islam.
The above video series is by Brother Abu Talha, a strong proponent of the reestablishment of the Khilafah, explaining with great detail the perfection and expansive nature of the Islamic system of governance. We unfortunately could not find the full series, but the videos we shared give a good introduction to the topic. We really encourage you watch these videos, and learn why the Islamic system that spans all areas of human existence is superior and most beneficial to mankind.
